I was @ Eakin Compound, 05/68-05/69. SPec 4 11b20, lucky as heck that I wasnt with Arvin. Met some good guys there. Remember the soocer field that we used for helo's. I remember getting mortereda few times. Mostly quiet, but hot as hell. The nights on guard duty were real long-then it was too hot to sleep. Good talkin to ya.
