I, and my crew from the GEEIA Sqdn. at Cam Rahn Bay, put together the Comm. Center just inside the gate of ARVN IV Corp. Hq. in late 1968. Stayed in a Military "Hotel" on Ben Xe Moi, near the MP station. I remember the Chicago Restrauant, and the store run by a fella from India near the main intersection......and, of course, the bars on the alley a block behind the main street. Used to throw bricks at the huge rats that roamed the streets at night, while watching the "spooky's" doing their thing. Sure was an interesting 6 weeks I spent there!!!
